Description: St. Peter’s Academy, Patiala celebrated its Annual Sports Meet on 15 November 2025 with great enthusiasm and high spirits. The event commenced with a grand escort of the Chief Guest, Dr. Amarpreet Singh, and the Guest of Honour, Itwinder Luthra, by the school band, while the gracious presence of the School Manager, Rev. Fr. John Thatheus, and the Principal, Rev. Fr. Michael Collins, added dignity to the occasion. After the lamp lighting, prayer song and bouquet presentation, the school honoured the outstanding academic achievers of Classes 10 and 12 for the session 2024–25 who excelled in their board examinations. This was followed by exciting sports events including the 100-metre race, 200-metre race and Tug of War for Classes 6 to 12, where students displayed excellent energy, discipline and sportsmanship. Guntas Sandhu and Alaina Sharma were awarded the best athletes for their exceptional performance. The Victory Ceremony and Flag Retreat were conducted to felicitate the winners. Inspiring speeches by the Chief Guest and the Principal motivated students to strive for excellence. A colourful dance performance on the theme “Unity in Diversity” captivated everyone. The memorable day concluded with the Vote of Thanks and the National Anthem.
